    Question: What’s the difference between your service and regular hosting?

    We will assign a team to your account. Most of your regular communications will be through the digital producer, but you will also have frequent interactions with the CTO-level advisor, who will ensure that we are identifying and acting on opportunities to ensure that we are delivering results to align with your goals.

    We offer flexible support plans and also project-based services that can grow with your business. Whether you need additional features, more frequent updates, or significant changes to your site, we’re ready to adapt and evolve with you. For instance, if you decide to build a new feature for your site that takes us outside of the monthly hourly commitment, we can provide project-based development resources at reasonable rates. In fact, we will *always* recommend and leverage the lowest-cost/highest-return approach to building new features - avoiding expensive  custom development.

    For regular maintenance and support work, our U.S.-based teams are available during Central Time business hours. If a different time schedule is required, we can augment with offshore and nearshore partners, as needed. Of course, we also understand that website issues can arise at any time and we ensure that there are clear escalation channels to address urgent matters that may occur after business hours. You can count on us for reliable, responsive service when you need it most. We also proactively monitor sites 24/7 for uptime and can react quickly if an issue arises.
